Different Diving REFUND POLICY

valid for reservations made prior to your arrival.

  • In the event that DIFFERENT DIVING cancels dive or snorkel activities due to bad weather or insufficient participants, we will refund the payment for any services you couldn’t enjoy, provided that rescheduling is not an option.

  • If you're unable to utilize your prepaid services due to a medical issue (with a required doctor's confirmation note submitted on-site), we will refund the amount you paid for the services you couldn’t enjoy.

  • If you choose not to use the paid services while on site, you'll receive a voucher instead of a refund.

  • If you don't attend your planned activity, you won't be entitled to a refund or a voucher.

  • If your holiday gets canceled, we’ll give you a full refund, minus a 3% admin fee, as long as you show us a copy of your flight or hotel cancellation confirmation.

 Please note; 

If you purchased a package with Different Diving and, due to a medical reason (with a doctor's note) or a weather cancellation, you're unable to complete it, we’ll assess the value of the services you enjoyed. We’ll refund you the difference between your original payment and the consumed value. If the value of the services used is equal to or greater than your original payment, we’ll provide a voucher for the remaining unused services. Since those were offered complimentary as part of your package, they weren't charged separately.

If you're eligible for a refund, we'll credit the amount back to the credit card you used to pay for your package. To initiate your refund, please reach out to us via email within one month of your return.
